1. You Must Not

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory or harmful activity.
  • Upload content or personal data you do not have the right to use.
  • Upload malware or attempt to interfere with, probe or bypass platform security.
  • Attempt to access another customer's, learner's or manager's data without permission.
  • Use generated content without appropriate human review where errors could create material risk.
  • Use the Service to create deceptive training records or false evidence of completion or business impact.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service except where expressly agreed in writing.

2. Learner and Workplace Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring learning materials, missions and evidence are appropriate for their workplace, learners and applicable policies. Do not ask learners to submit unnecessary sensitive personal data.

3. Enforcement

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service or third parties, or where this policy is materially breached.

4. Reporting

Concerns about misuse can be raised through the contact channel provided on the Easy Peasy Power Up website or in customer correspondence.
