Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Easy Peasy Power Up (the "Service"). By using the Service, requesting a trial, or purchasing a programme, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Easy Peasy Power Up provides AI-assisted microlearning programme creation, learner delivery, practical learning activities and management reporting. Features may be refined or updated over time.

2. Free Trial

The standard free trial is a three-day sample for up to two learners and one manager view. No payment card is required. Trial access may expire, and trial content is for evaluation of the Service.

3. Paid Programmes

Standard 7, 14 and 21-day programmes are sold as one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout, based on the number of learners selected. Larger or custom programmes may be quoted separately.

4. Programme Preparation

After payment, the order enters the fulfilment process. AI-generated or source-based content may be reviewed before launch. Purchase does not mean every programme is launched instantly at the moment of payment.

5. AI-Assisted Content

AI can generate drafts, questions, activities and learning suggestions. Customers are responsible for reviewing whether programme content is accurate and suitable for their organisation, learners, policies, industry and intended use. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, regulatory, safety, medical or other specialist advice.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You must have the right to upload or provide any documents, personal data and other content used in the Service. You must not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to access another customer's data, interfere with the platform, or upload malicious or infringing material.

7. Accounts and Secure Links

You are responsible for keeping account credentials and trial access links secure. Customer workspaces show records associated with the signed-in work email. Do not share manager links with learners unless you intend them to have management access.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and useful, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update or change features where reasonably necessary.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on unreviewed AI-generated content.

10. Governing Terms

Any order-specific written terms, invoice or agreed proposal may supplement these Terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific agreed commercial term will apply to that order.
